The new Bosch Universal Plus comes with traditional BOSCH quality – the average lifetime for mixers is 17 years. It also provides the most powerful motor in its class in a unique and modern design. The larger mixing bowl will handle up to 15 lbs of dough. It will also whip egg whites, creams, batters, cheesecakes and more in seconds! Mix large batches of cookie dough using the dough hooks or optional cookie paddles. The Bosch Universal french whips are gentle enough to whip 1 egg white into 1 1/2 cups of meringue!
