The first high speed stoneless mill to have multi-texture capability. It can make a coarser grind for corn meal (cracked grain) with the variable speed motor as well as very fine flour. The improved Nutrimill has the largest capacity of any high speed mill with 20 cup bowl capacity. It will not mill nuts, seeds, or anything that is oily or wet including flax. But this is a common limitation for all mills.

The Nutrimill will mill the following: Wheat(hard and soft), Buck wheat, Split, peas, Sorghum, Triticale, Rice, Rye, and Millet. Dried Lentils, Dried Sweet Corn, Dried Pinto Beans, Dried Green Beans, Dried Mung Beans, Legumes(generally), Dried Garbanzo Beans, Quinoa, Oat Groats, Spelt, Barley, Soybeans, Chick Peas and Kamut.

The mill is self cleaning except for the flour bin, which can be rinsed with cold water and then dried. Best of all, this mill will turn out fine flour that is complete with bran, endosperm, and germ, giving you whole food nutrition with lots of fiber.
